needs. Be sure to note appropriate age, grade levels, and minimum and maximum participant numbers of the programs offered.

To reserve your program, you may call our reservation center at 1-877-248-2267. All reservations must be received a minimum
of two weeks prior to your requested date.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served
basis. We encourage you to register early
to receive your first choice.

Watch
for your confirmation materials in the mail.
Confirmation materials will be mailed to you
within five business days after your reservation
was received. If you do not receive your confirmation
within this time, please contact the Education
Reservations Department immediately.

CHAPERONE
REQUIREMENTS FOR GROUPS:
We recognize that skilled, cooperative chaperones
are vital in running a successful group program.
Busch Gardens requires that a minimum of one chaperone for every
ten students accompany all groups participating
in an educational program. To facilitate this
requirement, one complimentary chaperone is
admitted for each ten paid participants, once the fifteen minimum participant number is met.

If
you cancel your program,
refunds are provided based on cancellation date proximity to program date. All Busch Gardens Wild Education Experiences run rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
Program payment is based on
guaranteed number of participants. Full payment
and guaranteed participant numbers for all programs
are due 14 days prior to your scheduled program
date.
Prices,
operating dates, and times are subject to change
without notice. Annual Passport memberships may
not be used for Education program fees.
