Sample Itinerary
Day 1
- Arrival
- Dinner and Orientation
Day 2 – Aviculture & Aquarium Department
- Shovel snow and assist in giving vitamins to penguins
- Interact with penguins in the water
- Help prepare diets for birds, fish, and sharks
- Snorkel next to sharks and rays
Day 3 - Animal Training Department
(White Whale and Dolphin & Sea Lion, Walrus, and Otters)
- Help prepare diets for whales and dolphins
- View various animal training sessions
- Participate in a beluga interaction program
- Assist trainers in daily duties
Day 4 - Animal Care Department
- Help prepare diets for sea lions, seals, and dolphins
- Assist animal care specialists in husbandry sessions
- Assist in feeding sea lions and seals
- Snorkel next to dolphins listening for various vocalizations
Day 5 - Animal Training Department (Shamu Theatre)
- Help prepare diets for killer whales
- View animal training and husbandry training sessions
Day 6
